you know you are getting in better shape when running a mile is a warm up or warm down or both. keep up the great work. cant believe how good some of you guys are looking. actually all of you guys.
this crossfit stuff really works along with some of the heavy met con programming we have been doing.
stay tuned we are going to start a weight lifting club also.
